Don't Be Afraid!

Never, ever, ever, ever be afraid to shop at a Goodwill, thrift shops, consignment shops, or even the sale racks!! You can find TONS of discounts and deals year round! 
If you ever shop at one of these places make sure there is NOTHING wrong with the clothing you pick out! (like rips or stains) 
- Find out when these stores put out new items. 
- Go early and get the good stuff. 
- Don't rush! Take your time. (it may take a while before you find anything) 
- Find name brand items. (J Crew, Ann Taylor, Loft, Chicos, etc.)
- Find things that will go with just about anything. (pops of color, neutrals, etc.) 
- Find Goodwill's near nice neighborhoods.
- Don't forget to look through the handbags and shoes! (you never know what you might find!)
- Make sure it fits. (some people may have things taken in)
- Check out the dollar and sale racks! 
- Wash before wearing! (if you don't have time, then stick them in the dryer!)

A POP of Color! (Orange)

This is one of my favorite POPS of color! I found this outfit (minus the shoes) at Goodwill! The gray wedge booties I got at Rue21 at the end the of season for dirt cheap! The WHOLE outfit was under TWENTY dollars!!! 

*To add texture you can always add some funky tights!

Rain, Rain, Go Away!

On this rainy, yucky day in the south I've decided to wear leather. GASP! Yes, leather. Don't worry, NOT leather pants! At least, not today.. ;)

*I actually got this jacket at TJ Maxx in the little girls section for $12!! 

You can wear a basic solid black or white cami underneath, which makes it simple and classic! 

*Once again, I got these pants at Dillards in the little girls section for $20! WOW! WHAT A DEAL! :)

*I got these boots on sale the week AFTER Black Friday, and they were way cheaper!

These Dana Buchman over the knee boots make any outfit look fashionable and fabulous!

My First Post!

Hey guys! 
Since this is my first post I thought you would like to know a little more about me and this blog! 
Well as you may already know, I'm Sydney. I'm 16 years old, and I blow out the candles on October 4th. :) I'm currently doring online school with K12. 
I was born in Vietnam, and was adopted when I was itty bitty. I'm currently living, and have been since I was adopted, South Carolina.
I've always been known as the fashionista ever since I can remember! 
My ultimate dream would be able to go to Fashion school in either New York or California! 

About the Blog: 
This blog means A WHOLE LOT to me! It's allowing me to express and share my fashion, and my fashion interests with you!
 I picked the name "Vous Etes Belle" which means you are beautiful in French, because I believe EVERYONE is beautiful in their own way.
